m9P Zipper is a file compression (zipping) and decompression (unzipping) utility. This tool, capable of up to 0.9 compression ratio, outputs a zipped file that is a mere shadow of the original one! mental9Production uses m9P Zipper to zip large log files (.log) for archiving purposes. But m9P Zipper can be used to zip many other file types.
Also, m9P Zipper zipped-files are compatible with other standard zipping programs, and vice-versa, m9P Zipper can unzip files zipped with those programs. Note that m9P Zipper is a simple tool and designed to compress only single files and not complete directories. However, a zipped directory containing many files can be unzipped using m9P Zipper.
